I'm Lea McGing, an Accredited Online Business Manager (OBM), the Founder of Made For Mondays, and I’m so happy you’re here.

The journey that lead me to Made For Mondays was what we’ll call “an exciting rollercoaster”. After nearly two decades in a successful but unfulfilling executive-level administrative career, in 2018 I decided to switch gears and head down a different path, studying at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, Canada.

I proudly became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, but deep down, I missed the thrill of strategy, planning, projects, and organization that comes with being involved with a business’s operations.

Then, in 2020, thanks to some rather unprecedented global events, I got my first taste of the online world and there was no turning back! I gladly waved buh-bye to the 9-5 corporate grind and launched Made For Mondays. My mission? To follow my passion for supporting entrepreneurs like you to reclaim their time and energy in order to thrive and scale without being overwhelmed by day-to-day operations. This is my happy place.

As an expert OBM and business owner myself, I know full well that mastering the art of delegation is the secret sauce to running a business you’re head over heels for.
